Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Body Adore. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our valued clients, we have established the following booking policy. By scheduling an appointment with Body Adore, you automatically consent to all the terms and conditions of our booking policy.

CONSENT FORMS

For the safety and well-being of our clients, we require all new clients to fill out a consent form before their first appointment. The consent form includes relevant health information and helps us tailor our services to your specific needs.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

Cancellations require at least 7 hours notice or incur a $20 Cancellation Fee. Our booking platform sends out both email and sms reminders. As such, failure to attend your appointment will attract a $50 No Show Fee. This MUST be paid in order to rebook an appointment with Body Adore.

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable $50 deposit is needed within 48 hours to secure your appointment. Full payment is required if the treatment is less than $50. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cash, cheque, or bank transfer (CIBC, ACB, ECAB, CUB, CFCCU). Same-day bookings require full payment upon arrival. RESCHEDULING

Reschedule at least 7 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to the new appointment no more than once. Late or missed rescheduling forfeits the deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation and loss of your deposit.
