By booking with us, you automatically agree to terms and conditions of our booking policy.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your appointment. Full payment is required if your treatment total is less than $50.

APPOINTMENT DURATION
All appointment times listed are “up to” the stated duration. This means:

• Your service may be completed before the maximum time allotted, depending on the service and your individual needs.

• If you arrive late, any grace period used will be deducted from your scheduled appointment time. Appointments will not be extended beyond the original end time to accommodate lateness.

LATE ARRIVALS
A grace period of 10-minutes is alloted. Failure to notify us of lateness may result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of your deposit. If a deposit was not made, the $30 Inconvenience fee will be applied.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS
Cancellations now require at least 12 hours’ notice or may incur the $30 Inconvenience Fee.

Our booking platform sends out Whatsapp, email and SMS reminders to help you keep track of your appointment. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will attract a $50 No Show Fee, which must be paid before rebooking with Body Adore. We understand that unexpected situations can arise; each case will be reviewed with understanding and at the discretion of Body Adore.

RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling must now be done at least 12 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment; this can be done once only. Late rescheduling or missed appointments will forfeit the deposit. If deposit was not made, the $30 Inconvenience fee will be applied.

SERVICE CHANGE: 24 HOURS REQUIRED
We understand things happened however to avoid wastage during preparations for your appointment, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment whether adding or removing a service be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day changes may not be accommodated and could result in the original appointment proceeding as booked or shortened service time. Failure to comply will result in a $30 Inconvenience fee.
